How to Cook

0:00Turn the hob on to a medium temperature and pour the oil into a medium sized pot

2:18Tip onions and grind salt & pepper into the pot. Continue to cook & stir for a few minutes until the onions soften

8:11Stir in tomato mixture and simmer, stirring ocassionally for around 6 minutes

14:16Turn the hob down to a medium heat and simmer for 6 more minutes

20:31Place a boiling pot on the hob 3/4’s full with water, set the temperture to a high heat and add the salt.
Turn the sauce down to medium low and stir -
22:30Stir Basil into the sauce and leave simmering on a low heat for another 5 minutes

27:59Place the mesh basket and pasta in the boiling pot, then stir. When the water comes back to the boil, turn the heat down to medium/high temperture

30:10When the pasta has been boiling for around 3 minutes, switc the hob off. Drain the pasta and mix together well with the sauce
