How to Cook

    Place the medium pot on one hob and the Boiling Pot on another

    Fill the boiling pot 3/4’s full with water

    Heat the medium sized pot on a medium heat and add the oil

    Allow the oil to warm, then stir in the onions. Season with Salt & Pepper

    Next, stir in the sausage, pepper & garlic and keep cooking & stirring for another few minutes

    Turn the boiling pot on to a high heat to bring the water to the boil, add salt to the water. Meanwhile, stir the pasta sauce

    Next, stir the Kimchi, Gochujang & Passata into the medium pot

    Turn the sauce down to a low heat to keep warm while stirring ocaassioanally. Meanwhile, add the mesh basket and spaghetti to the boiling pot

    Stir the chives into the pasta sauce

    When the spaghetti has been cooking for around 4 minutes (check it is to your liking), turn both the hobs off.
    Drain the spaghetti and stir into the pasta sauce until fully coated
