How to Cook

Before cooking the dish, prepare all the ingredients according to the instructions in the Ingredients section.

  1. 0:00 (min) Place the pot on the hob over a medium-high heat and add the butter followed by the onions.
  2. 2:35 (min) Stir the pot regularly.
  3. 3:46 (min) Stir in the celery and carrots.
  4. 6:51 (min) Stir in the Garlic and Chilli.
  5. 8:24 (min) Stir in the Sweet Potatoes and season with Salt and Pepper.
  6. 11:17 (min) Stir in the Coconut Milk and the Vegetable Stock and leave to simmer.
  7. 41:22 (min) Turn off the hob and blend the soup until smooth.
  8. The dish is ready!
