How to Cook

    Turn the hob on to a medium temperature and pour the oil into a medium sized pot

    Tip onions & garlic into the pot and grind the salt & pepper

    Tip the nduja, anchovies, sage & rosemary and cook for a few minutes, stirring intermittently

    Tip in the red wine, turn up the hob temperature to reduce the wine

    Turn the hob temperature back down to medium and stir in the pumpkin, sea salt, passata and stock. Turn the heat back up to medium/high to bring to a simmer

    Turn the heat back down to medium and simmer for around 7 minutes. Stir in the cavolo nero and simmer for a few more minutes
