How to Cook

    Turn the hob on to a medium temperature, heat the oil and gently cook the onions until they soften

    Stir in the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes

    Add the water, stir and turn the hob up to a high heat to bring to the boil

    Turn the hob down to a medium heat and leave to simmer for 10 minutes

    Stir in the tofu, then switch the hob off. Leave to cool for around 5 minutes

    Finish by stirring in the spring onions, miso paste and water.
    When everything is combined, serve immediately
