How to Cook

0:00Place the medium pot on one hob and the Boiling Pot on another

0:10Fill the boiling pot 3/4’s full with water

0:30Heat the medium sized pot on a medium heat and add the oil

1:38Allow the oil to warm, then stir in the onions. Season with Salt & Pepper

8:27Next, stir in the sausage, pepper & garlic and keep cooking & stirring for another few minutes

11:19Turn the boiling pot on to a high heat to bring the water to the boil, add salt to the water. Meanwhile, stir the pasta sauce

14:24Next, stir the Kimchi, Gochujang & Passata into the medium pot

17:13Turn the sauce down to a low heat to keep warm while stirring ocaassioanally. Meanwhile, add the mesh basket and spaghetti to the boiling pot

20:59Stir the chives into the pasta sauce

22:23When the spaghetti has been cooking for around 4 minutes (check it is to your liking), turn both the hobs off.
Drain the spaghetti and stir into the pasta sauce until fully coated -
