How to Cook

    Turn the hob on to a medium temperature and pour in the oil and tip the butter

    Stir in the garlic and cook for a few minutes

    Pour in the wine and turn up the heat to reduce the wine

    Turn the hob down to a medium heat, then stir in the cream

    Turn the cream sauce down to a medium/low heat and stir in the parmesan to melt. Turn the cream sauce down to the lowest temperature

    Meanwhile, keep stirring the crream sauce so it doesn’t burn.
