How to Cook

0:00Turn the hob on to a medium temperature and pour the oil into a medium sized pot

2:33Add the onions & garlic and cook for a few minutes until softening, stirring occasionally

19:39Stir the stew every so often, then pour the water onto the caulifloer rice and turn the hob to a high temperature to bring to the boil

23:59Stir the cauliflower rice a couple of times, then set the stew to a medium/low temperature.
When the water is boiling, turn the temperature down to medium to let the cauliflower rice simmer -
31:36Stir the almonds into the stew and stir both pots a few more times. When the cauliflower is cooked and the stew is thick and saucy, turn the hob off
