How to Cook

    Turn the hob on to a medium temperature and pour the oil into a medium sized pot

    Add the onions & garlic and cook for a few minutes until softening, stirring occasionally

    Stir in the pumpkin, sweet potatoes, salt & rosemary, then stir in the Aduki Beans & Bean stock mixture

    Turn the hob up to a high temperature to bring to the boil, then turn down to a medium temperature to simmer the stew

    Turn the 2nd hob on to a medium temperature, pour in the oil, then stir in the cauliflower

    Stir the stew every so often, then pour the water onto the caulifloer rice and turn the hob to a high temperature to bring to the boil

    Stir the cauliflower rice a couple of times, then set the stew to a medium/low temperature.
    When the water is boiling, turn the temperature down to medium to let the cauliflower rice simmer

    Stir the almonds into the stew and stir both pots a few more times. When the cauliflower is cooked and the stew is thick and saucy, turn the hob off
